Atttention First Time Home Buyers: If there's even a chance that you'll be interested in buying a home in the Daytona Beach area; including Port Orange, South Daytona and all of east Volusia county, DO NOT WAIT any longer! Time is running out, to take advantage of the $8000 tax credit!
Although your mortage MIGHT take only 30 days for full financing, in today's real estate market it is highly unlikely! And to receive the $8000 tax credit, you MUST close on your home by November 30, 2009! If you don't close by the cutoff date, you will not receive the $8,000 tax credit.

This is a very good buyers' call to action. They need to start getting serious about doing something now or time will be gone.
Is that a sunrise or a sunset? I always think of Florida being on the east coast and so only getting nice sunrises, completely forgeting that you have a western coast as well. Love the pic. I just made a good blog post about getting some free pics, come check it out Lisa if your staying up late.

Great post & I love the photo! I have had several people tell me but "I have until the end of the year to buy". I remind them they have to close on the new home before November 30th to get the $8000 tax credit. Most people don't realize this tiny (but very important fact)!
