Last Thursday when I was working with my international real estate clients, we were in Port Orange, looking at 4 parcels of vacant land that were all adjacent to each other. Ann & Don- I thought it was gorgeous. Very unique. It actually reminds me of a movie set.

Randy- Port Orange has been faring pretty well. The problem is that our values are still in decline.

Gary- They're considering it. We still have 2 weeks, and a few options. No decisions have been made yet.
