| Buy New Condo in Port Orange FL with Lisa Hill, Port Orange REALTOR® |
Last Thursday when I was working with my international real estate clients, we were in Port Orange, looking at 4 parcels of vacant land that were all adjacent to each other. (The plan is to combine these parcels and build a muti-family investment property) As we were standing on edge of these parcels, we couldn't help but notice a beautiful, obviously new condominium, within walking distance for us, and located directly across the street from the Intracoastal Waterway.
For this post, I'm simply sharing a photo I took that day. I actually took many photos, and I'll be sharing those with you soon. For now, I hope you enjoy the image of this gorgeous building, and call me if you're interested in buying a condo in the brand new Port Orange condo. One unit is actually available as a short sale! Other unit prices start at $399,000, but the real estate agent on duty indicated that ALL offers will be considered!

Call or e-mail me today to buy a beautiful Port Orange condo. I'd love to represent you. I myself am a Port Orange resident, and a Daytona Beach native. I have experience selling all types of real estate in every city in Volusia County. Make a Smart Choice and contact Lisa Hill today!

That is beautiful! I would love to get a peek inside one of those condos.
Have a great week and good luck with your clients! :o)
Lisa,
I love the courtyard and the pool area. Looks so inviting and thanks for sharing it.
Looks like a beautiful property that would attract international clients. Hope Port Orange real estate is picking up.
Nice complex. I was hoping you were going to say..they bought one of these!
Ann & Don- I thought it was gorgeous. Very unique. It actually reminds me of a movie set.
Randy- Port Orange has been faring pretty well. The problem is that our values are still in decline.
Gary- They're considering it. We still have 2 weeks, and a few options. No decisions have been made yet.
That's one beautiful courtyard. I suspect the condominium units are as nice as the courtyard.
Russel- They're gorgeous! And quite large as well. I'll be posting more photos soon =)
Lisa that is a stunning building, and I too look forward to interior shots. Have a great weekend.
Jennifer- Coming right up! =)
