I've been selling houses and general real estate in this area for years and Countryside in Port Orange is one of my favorite communities. It has several lakes, it's a great location and with the different mini-communities, you have a variety of choices in the style of house you want to buy.

Port Orange is located 5 miles south of Daytona Beach FL.  Dunlawton Avenue is the main road that runs through Port Orange, and has direct access to I-95. The Dunlawton bridge runs to the beachside/peninsula and is a direct access point to the beach. You can enjoy a fun outing at a casual seafood restaurant under the Port Orange/Dunlawton bridge. There are several restaurants from which you can choose.

There is a lot of new restuarants, shopping and other businesses in Port Orange as well. A really nice place...although I have only driven through.

Gary- Port Orange is really awesome. Fairly new and the city does a good job of keeping it family-friendly and safe.
